StreetPrint™ is the most innovative decorative paving system
developed in the last 30 years – a process entailing imprinting and
coating asphalt with "grid style" depressions to replicate, in
relief, the concrete grout depressions common to hand-laid brick,
cobblestone, and stamped concrete. StreetPrint™ fills a market niche by
bridging the gap: the StreetPrint™ system emulates the beauty of these
conventional paving systems at a fraction of the cost.
StreetPrint™ not only competes aesthetically with brick pavers,
cobblestone and imprinted concrete, but has additional features, placing
it at an advantage:
 | With hot mix asphalt as the base
for the StreetPrint™ Pavement Texturing system, its design is a
continuous surface, thereby inhibiting
the unsightly weed growth inevitable with brick and cobblestone paving. |
 | A continuous surface structure also ensures against shifting and
settling resulting from traffic loading – a characteristic associated
with individually placed paver bricks and cobblestones.
|
 | Imprinted
or stamped concrete is a hardened, non-flexible surface and is highly
susceptible to cracking. With asphalt as its base, however, the
StreetPrint™ Texturing system is designed with a non-hardened, flexible
material and is more likely to endure throughout freeze/thaw cycles.
